Carsten Cziborr is a multi talented German who has successfully bridged the East and the West divide in the areas of culture and mindset.

After his graduation from a business school in Germany he got his first insights of the corporate world while working for the German Telekom. To further enhance his experience he worked as a sales consultant for a few years in the mobile network industry before he left for Asia to search for new challenges.
He has worked and lived in Asia for more than 5 years including China, Malaysia, Japan, Korea to mention just a few and has been a passionate trainer for almost 10 years.

His uncompromising characteristic on quality is very typical of the renowned German attitude which is so highly regarded in the east and the west. In 1997 he was member of  the team that developed the Siemens Management Learning Programs and founded the Siemens Management Institute in Beijing China where he then worked as a Project Manager and Trainer. Until today this program is regarded as benchmark for corporate management training in the world.

In addition, he accumulated a vast wealth of human resource development experience during his work as Regional Director in Asia Pacific for the Management Learning Program of Siemens AG in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
He trained Managers side by side with Professors from leading universities such as Duke University and Babson College.

What’s more, he is also a skilled Action Learning trainer for achieving High Impact Results. He facilitated project teams that achieved cost reduction of several million Euro as part of  their training program.

These are only small fragments of Carsten’s knowledge, skills and insights that he brings to the participants in his training programs and consultancy.

Another point worthy of highlight is that Carsten is a certified NLP Trainer (by American Board of NLP), trained personally by Dr. Tad & Adriana James. Tad James was the second person in the world to be certified a Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
