Kevin Tan is a fun-loving and multi-dimensional person who has spent a big part of his life indulging in his love, which is training.

His earliest training stint started of during his National Service days, as an instructor for Officer Cadets, specialising in FIBUA (Fighting in Build-up Area).

After his graduation from a National University in Singapore, he went on to National Institute of Education to pursue his studies in a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and began his role as a teacher with the Ministry of Education. He adapted well in his work and was quickly promoted to become a coordinator and had 2 pay revision in a short span of 3 years.

To see and experience the world in its raw form, Kevin resigned and spent 7 months, backpacking alone, in different countries in Asia to toughen himself and learn from different cultures. His greatest challenge was to climb up to a height of 6,300m above sea level during his expedition in Tibet.

Currently, he has placed his passion for traveling aside to fully commit himself to his core passion in training. He has since taken up with DreamCraft Training Solutions as the Principal Trainer and Program Developer. His love for training propelled him forward to contribute and commit to assist corporations in maximising the potential in their human capital.

Kevin has since developed a training program that weaves the cognitive, emotions, communication and processes together into a highly effective program to train teams in achieving outcomes and solving issues with pinpoint accuracy and efficiency. This program has become a core program in building teams.

A point to note is that Kevin is a certified NLP Trainer (by American Board of NLP), trained by Dr. Tad & Adriana James. Tad James was the second person in the world to be certified a Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
