Simon Wong brings with him a colorful fabric of experience gained from nineteen years of commercial exposure within Asia. From China to Hong Kong and all the way to Indonesia he was constantly competing to gain market share and at the same time developing strong and collaborative relationship with channels and customers.

His marketing and financial knowledge gained from his professional qualifications served as a solid foundation when he set up new businesses from scratch and build it up. This unique combination of business acumen, market knowledge, human relationship, financial literacy coupled with distinctive communication skills allows him to consult and coach entrepreneurs and business executives.

His latest passion now is to develop pattern of excellence in management and leadership through the processes and tools of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is also a developer of new tools and processes in NLP using the Modeling technique. This Modeling technique has brought about advanced leadership program such as Alpha Leadership (developed by Robert Dilts) by modeling the excellence of top leaders in the world. He now has in his pipelines a number of modeling projects including outstanding leaders in Asia with the aim to distil the distinctions and micro strategies and behaviors of these renowned individuals and map it across to those who are motivated to learn it via a combination of training and coaching.
