Carsten Cziborr

With more than 12 years of experience in training, sales and business management, Carsten has worked in various MNCs in the network and telecommunication industries rising up to take on regional roles as manager, trainer and subsequently as Regional Director of Siemens Asia Pacific.
Started with German Telekom, he worked as a sales consultant and trained different sales teams to achieve and exceed sale targets. Subsequently in Siemens, he was posted to Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia...) for more than 8 years where he was part of the team to develop Siemens Management Learning Programs and founded the Siemens Management Institute in Beijing, China where he is the Project Manager and Trainer. As a Regional Director in Siemens Asia Pacific, he continued to develop and refine the Management Learning Program while based in Malaysia, KL.
Taking his vast experience in management training, sales and business development, Carsten left Siemens and founded Navigo NLP Center, a leading company in NLP certification courses, managing team performance and executive coaching. He studied with the world's leading NLP Master Trainers namely Dr. Tad James (founder of Time Line Therapy™), Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier (part of the original developers of NLP) to get his NLP Trainer's certification. His quest to equipped himself with quality skills is to ensure the same quality in his training. His uncompromising characteristic on quality and results is typical of the renowned German attitude which is highly regarded in the East and the West.
All in all, Carsten has been developing himself in the art and science of coaching, training and facilitating individuals to realize their dreams and aspirations through the application of NLP. He is an Awakener to the people he touched.

Kevin Tan

With more than 8 years of experience in education, HR and training, Kevin have worked with various HR consulting and training firms as associates and subsequently rising up to the roles of team leader and consultant. He was appointed in 2008 as a Partner and Director (Training & Programs) in Navigo.
He started his career with scholarship and appointment as a teacher with Ministry of Education, Singapore. Subsequently, he took on the role of an associate with Vanden LLP (HR Consultancy), associate trainer with Deltron Consultancy, associate lead trainer with 8th Pinnacle (Business Consulting) , associate senior consultant with Resource Consulting Pte Ltd and subsequently rising up to the role of team lead and consultant with Navigo NLP Center where he is offered partnership and role of a Director.
He graduated with Honours in Mathematics, Post Graduate in Education and studied with the world's leading NLP Master Trainer Dr. Tad James (founder of Time Line Therapy™) for his NLP Trainer's certification.
His stint across the different consulting and training firms gave him first hand contact with C-levels, managers, executives and the opportunity to develop deeper understanding of human behaviours and team dynamics. His area of expertise lies in developing high performance teams through communication, honest debates and NLP infusion. Anna Cziborr
Trainer, Navigo NLP Center (Malaysia & Singapore)
Started her career as a translator and interpreter in Chinese, English, German and Russian, Anna had the opportunities to serve delegates from all over the world. As part of her work, she travelled around the world working at different international scenes as an interpreter. Her work often involved interpretation at large scale events with one of the largest at the International Technology Fair at New Munich Trade Fair Center. With her prior exposure and strong passion in NLP, she subsequently joined Navigo as a trainer.
Anna was trained as an interpreter in the Sprachen & Dolmetscher Institute Munich (SDI) and was awarded 3 academic certifications simultaneously in Chinese, English and German. This made history in the institute and helped her spun off her career. She subsequently took her NLP Master Practitioner Certification with Barney Wee (a renowned Singapore NLP trainer) and being passionately inspired, decided to switch career.
All in all, Anna's linguistic capabilities have created an added advantage in her NLP skills as a master practitioner and a trainer. She brings in real life experiences on the area of language and communication.

Ng Cher Fah
Trainer, Navigo Trainings Pte Ltd
Research Student (Ph.D), National Institute of Education
Being an educator with the Ministry of Education for thirty years, Cher Fah has been engaged in various schools and has taken on roles as a teacher and subsequently as a Head of Department, running teams of up to 10 people.
She graduated from Nayang Technological University with Masters in Applied Psychology and has done different field work in the area of counselling and behavioural coaching. She is certified as a NLP Master Practitioner (Australia) by Dr. Tad and Adrianna James.
Currently a research student with the National Institute of Education researching in empowering learners, social emotional competence skills and enhancing learning capacity to develop excellence in learners. The research would eventually be her PhD research topic. Also, as a freelance trainer in the field of learning and performance development, Cher Fah has brought her expertise to education organisations and corporate clients. Her development in the programme known as Heart Workz has demonstrated her strength in creating results in learning and performing in her clients.
